Free dance fitness classes at NK Town Beach. 9am Fridays: July 11, 25, Aug 8 and Aug 15. Meet on the grass by the stage.(NOTE - Aug 1 will be Kung Fu, not dancing. FB doesn't allow us to delete a date in the middle of a series)
This class combines high-intensity aerobic dance routines, a taste of various cultures, imagination, emotional expression and a whole lot of sweat and smiles! This is a judgment-free zone where participants of all levels and abilities can feel free to move in the way that is unique to them, while improving both mental and physical health.
Don’t be fooled by the fun, however; a great workout is guaranteed! 💪🏼
The class ends with stretching and a brief mindfulness practice, as we complete a full nervous system reset. 😌
It’s an hour of joy and movement—now supercharged with sunshine and ocean air to leave you feeling your absolute best. ☀️
