In Dance of the Seven Chakras, you will be guided on an embodied pilgrimage that rises from the primal pulse of the earth beneath your feet, through each energy centre, all the way into the luminous expanse of cosmic oneness.

No choreography. No performance. Just you, your body, your breath, and the ancient intelligence living inside your cells.

As music, movement, gentle guidance, and intention weave together, stagnant energy softens and releases. What has been held - in the hips, the belly, the chest, the throat - begins to move. Dormant vitality awakens.

The body remembers what the mind forgot: that joy is your birthright, that freedom is already here, and that your authentic expression is medicine - for yourself and everyone around you.

• 2 Hour Journey Beginning to Finish Including: Arrival, Meditation, Guided Movement Journey, Journaling + Reflection + Sharing, and Closing

Dance of the Seven Chakras is not a traditional yoga class, nor solely an individual ecstatic dance - it is a unique movement journey that combines elements of each to become something entirely its own.

You will be given movement prompts and gentle guidance that support you in connecting with the different energy centres in your body, as well as given the space to honour the intuitive needs and desires of your body's expression.
