This is a 2 day retreat to be held on the 6th & 7th of September. Staying overnight in dormitory style bunks or there is limited camping available and hard standing for vans 🏕🌙 We will start Saturday with a soft landing and relaxed greetings. With the Opening Circle starting at 1pm , this will begin our safe container and set our intentions for the weekend with each other... ✨️
Jade of Harmonious Botonist will lead you on a journey of creativity and release in her *From ashes to ink* workshop!
🪶"We begin with a somatic expression process — marking the page with whatever needs to move through. That offering is then burned in a safely held space, releasing it into flame. From the ash, we craft ink using gum arabic and shimmering mica, and use it to make marks on a fresh page — a symbol of becoming."
Dinner will be served in the evening, there will be a vegan and a meat option... this will be an opportunity to share and meet others, if you wish to 🍎
Fiona Morgan will arrive to start the Fire walk workshop in the evening and as I can testify, this will be incredible, transformational, and exhilarating! 🔥
Hot drinks and snacks will be available inside as we share, connect and wind down for a good night's rest 🛏
Sunday will be a day of integration, however that will look for you. There is the option to go for a walk at any point and take in the breath-taking scenery. There will be a continental breakfast available. 🍓
After breakfast Stephanie of Heart Magick will guide you to move with the integration. Checking in with our bodies in a movement meditation. This will transition to a relaxing sound bath, to Nourish and calm the nervous system 🧘♀️
Hot lunch will be served before Closing our container with a sharing Circle at 1:30pm🍅
