Dance of Sacred Feminine Rage

Life isn’t always what we want it to be. Sometimes there are things that just piss us off. Things that are out of our control or maybe things that were in our control but went sideways. Injustices, untruths, duplicity, assholery. These are all things that can get us heated or dare I say, full of anger or rage. But what do you do with that? Can’t leave it bottled up inside the body. That just creates more problems like illness or disease. It’s not good to unleash it onto someone else either.

I’m offering you a safe space to move negative emotion through your body to alchemize it into something useful, positive, and actionable, to make room for more high vibration things like love, compassion, and forgiveness. I’m offering you a Dance of Feminine Sacred Rage where you’re invited to dance with what is disturbing, painful, sad, or frustrating and then move it, release it, transform it.

Using the power of sound and the power of your authentic movement, this transformational dance will devour what is no longer serving your greatest good and then liberate your life-force energy making room for love, joy and passion.

This dance is for you if you really want to let that shit go.

Appropriate ages 18 and over. No dance/yoga/movement experience is required.

This dance was created for and intended for women.

The Sanctuary is an oasis of peace and tranquility, nestled on 5 and a half acres of sacred land steeped in the tradition of the Lenape tribe. With a meditation and holistic healing space modeled on the Red Tent and a spacious, comfortable event space, the Sanctuary hosts a variety of events and services that focus on connecting people in loving community.

Parking is plentiful and free, restrooms are available, and tea and water are provided (plus tons of cushions and blankets to make yourself at home).

Please plan to arrive a few minutes early so we may start on time. Loose clothing and a water bottle are encouraged.
