Join us for Dance Journey: a journey of the body, mind, emotions & spirit; an invitation to go deeper, to strengthen your relationship with yourself, with community, with Divinity. We'll create a safe space with each other through an opening circle, honor the divine through purification rituals, then embark on a sacred journey of expression and transformation through ecstatic dance. Our dance will gently transition into a sound bath to help us integrate the transformation, then we'll ground our insights and experiences through a closing circle.Sliding scale from $15-35, work trade and/or barter are available if funds are low for you this month. As always, you're invited to bring an item for our community altar and to bring a friend or three!
