Gearing up for another 2-day #BalAVisX training in Ann Arbor March 14/15! #BalAVisX is a series of rhythmic, repetitive exercises done with sandbags and racquetballs, in order to regulate the nervous system and improve executive function. There individual, partner, and group exercises.
This program is helpful for children with disabilities , children in general, parents, seniors, any groups who meet regularly, etc.
This course is appropriate for OTs and COTAs, PTs and PTAs, teachers, social workers, recreational therapists, parents, or active seniors.
Dates: March 14/15, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm both days. Location: Ann Arbor. Cost:$320 with 15 CEUs, $300 without CEUs. Fee includes the training plus a manual and starter kit of bags and balls.
One day intro courses are also scheduled on May 16 and August 15.
