This beautiful old, gem of a hall, finds itself surrounded by majestic mountain ash and tree ferns. Ducted heating flows during the cooler months and there is ample parking is available in the surrounding parkland.

DITH is a community of Conscious Dancers exploring Movement as Medicine, led by Jo Woods - Open Floor Teacher.
DITH is located in the beautiful Dandenong Ranges and has been running since 2014. Dance in the Hills offers an opportunity to connect authentically with our embodied selves, the spirit of the land, and a nourishing, supportive community.
Each class includes lightly facilitated movement explorations to help support you with a deepening awareness of what it means to be a fully embodied human being.
Age 16 and over.
No prior movement experience required.
Curious & Respectful minds expected.
LGBTQIA+ & BIPOC safe space.
Wheelchair access available.

> WHO IS Jo Woods:
Jo Woods (they) is a Catalytic ‘Open Floor’ Movement Teacher, DJ, Renegade Artist & Writer, Registered Nurse, Open Floor Mentor, and Activist with over 25 years of Mindfulness experience.
They both teach & co-ordinate for ‘Dance in the Hills’ Sassafras; 'Dance in the Valley' Warburton; and 'Dance in the Wild' our annual community dance festival. Jo is a proud co-founder of 'Artful Awareness' with Sarah Winter. Jo both lives and works in the beautiful Yarra Ranges and acknowledge the traditional owners of that land, the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation, whose sovereignty was never ceded.
