As the seasons turn, and we slowly descend into the dark of Winter, we have the opportunity to reflect upon our Harvest. What did we cultivate, what we are releasing, and what we are keeping over the cold months, as well as what will our hearts dream into being next. Can we Dance in Gratitude for what has been and what is to come, as our dreams begin to form in the darkness?What to expect:
-Opening circle. Let's ground, connect, share intentions, create safety, and open up.
-Ecstatic Dance! A barefoot, non-verbal, space to move the body and explore movement lead from within. It's a dance party, it's therapy, it's prayer, all depending on your mood. ❤
-A few minutes of vocal toning or sound bath.
-Closing Circle with snacks.
What to bring:
-Bring your open heart and mind.
-Floor chair or cushion for comfortable floor sitting.
-Cozy sweater or blanket.
-Water!
-Altar offering if desired.
-Snack to share if inspired.
-$15 (venmo, cashapp, or cash) ❤
Guidelines:
-Substance free. Give the gift of your full presence.
-Judgment free. Practicing radical acceptance of ourself and others.
-Freeform movement. Dance, shake, stomp, roll, twist, slide, crawl, jump, sit, lay, let your inner world move you.
-No photography. No photos, no videos unless consent is given.
-NO PHONES. Turn them on silent and keep them out of the circle/dance please and thank you.
-Give Consent. Get consent before engaging, touching, dancing with others.
-This is a biological female only dance. We love all walks of life, AND this space is for womb holders specifically.
-Infants, daughters and young women are welcome.
