Dance Fusion Fitness Workshop

Join the Cohen Clinic at Endeavors, San Antonio and the Health & Wellness Center on Wednesday, March 25 | 5:45–6:45 p.m. for an interactive, high-energy cardio dance workout. This fun, empowering class blends Latin, hip-hop, and global rhythms with martial arts–inspired movements to build stamina, tone muscles, and boost confidence.

Designed for all fitness levels, with modifications available.
Open to service members, veterans, families, and the community. Child watch is available upon request.
