An evening of moving freely to release and shake off the day, blissful through to calm.
A space for people who are familiar with free-movement dance to move together through a specially curated Dance Free experience.
What to expect
A cosy, dim-lit space, with a skylight ceiling and a wooden floor to enjoy dancing in a warm space.
Music will be playing on arrival - we’ll get straight into the dance!
Themed facilitation during the dance journey - no pressure invitations to explore different ways of moving.
Specially curated music journeys - full of unique rhythms to let go, shake off the week and feel alive.
Music played through wireless headsets.
Grounding at the end of dance to close in stillness.
