An uplifting morning dance for adults and children to enjoy together moving freely to music using silent disco headsets.
A warm and welcoming space to dance like no-one is watching!

What to expect:
A welcoming/guidance by a friendly Dance Free facilitator
A short session of a few nature connection exercises
Stretch /warm up
Then a 40 minute music journey from a mix of genres for all ages, to uplift, energise and have fun. Simply move as much or little as you like, no set moves - however you feel. 😊
Closing with a few calming exercises

All ages and abilities welcome. No experience necessary. Children under 16 to be accompanied by an adult.

Donation based. Thank you for supporting us. Please specify the number of headsets you would like to book (question is on the booking form).
