Dance Free at Spring Equinox - Hartsholme Park Woods

An uplifting morning celebrating Spring Equinox through freely to music in beautiful woodland energising our body and soul. Connecting to the rhythms, each other and nature through movement and dance.

Free your body and soul, let go of your mind.

We'll meet in Hartsholme Park Car Park and walk for 10 mins to the dancing spot in the woods.

We start with a welcoming and a few guidelines on dancing free in the body. There's then a facilitated guided movement mediation over gentle music for 5 minutes which helps us drop into body, followed by a one hour music journey which is a wave of different rhythms for free movement. Simply move as much or little as you like, however you feel. 😊

It’s a very warm, fun and welcoming space to let go and be free to dance like no-one is watching!
