Dance for Stronger Hearts

We invite you to a community Dance-A-Thon benefiting the Stronger Hearts Foundation.

This event is especially close to home. Stronger Hearts Foundation was created in honor of Dawson, grandson of Shipley's Choice Elementary's beloved first grade teacher, Ms. Pam Karr-Dawson. Dawson was born with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome (HLHS), a rare and complex congenital heart defect. His journey inspired his family to build Stronger Hearts, which now works to support families everywhere facing the challenges of congenital heart disease (CHD).

The evening will feature high-energy instruction led by Ashleigh Benson, who will guide participants through an unforgettable night of music, movement, and fun.

By joining us, you’ll not only enjoy an evening of dancing, raffles, and fun, but also directly fuel Stronger Hearts’ mission: providing emergency lodging, day-of-surgery care packages, and vital resources for heart families during their toughest moments. What started with one family’s story now reaches a growing community of support, and your participation helps carry that mission forward.

• Location: Shipley’s Choice Elementary School
• Tickets: $30 per person
• Doors Open: 5:40 PM
• Dancing: 6:00 – 7:30 PM
• Participants: Ages 16+ only please
• Music Warning: Lyrics may include explicit content
• Attire: Please consider wearing comfortable, athletic attire.
