Dance for Joy Wellness Class

Join us for an uplifting Dance for Joy Wellness class where movement meets mindfulness! Suitable for all levels, our class encourages you to let go, connect with your body, and embrace the joy of movement.

You'll explore various styles through guided choreography and free dance while enjoying the benefits of physical activity and stress relief. Expect a supportive atmosphere filled with laughter, community, and inspiration! This in-person event is all about moving your body, letting loose, and feeling the joy of dance. No experience is necessary.

Instructor: Cherie Hill is a choreographer, Professor, and dance educator who practices and shares expressive and healthy processes to nourish the mind, body, and soul. A dancer for most of her life, Cherie has a graduate degree in dance and somatics and has taught dance for over 15 years. Learn more at movedasoul.com.

Attire: Wear comfortable clothing you can move in with socks that grip or bare feet. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.

The class is located at the Murrieta Hot Springs Resort in the Sunrise Studio (building 30). Entrance to the Hot Springs is not required or included. This class is taught privately and is open to the public.
