LIBERA Dance Flow 

This class gradually progresses from somatic movements to the foundational movements of belly dance and ends with a fun belly dance cardio. It’s a great class to release tension, increase body awareness & mobility and strengthen the body through dance…not to mention you will most certainly leave on a “dance high”!
