Dance Fitness with DREA Kelly is a high-energy dance fitness class focused on toning and tightening the body, filled with encouragement and support from Drea and fellow Sister-Queens to lean into their sexy! Now at IamSexyFit Pole Fitness Studio!

Drea's ultimate goal is to make selfcare a must and not an option for women. Her mantra, "If your tank is on E, your loved ones are running on fumes," is true for all women. It is time to put yourselves first ladies. Drea's Dance Fitness class is a sexy, high energy, confidence building, total body toning and tightening regime. This class is essential to completing the whole body healing trifecta. MIND, BODY, and SPIRIT! ALL women are encouraged to partake in this class.... because selfcare is imperative at any age!
