Jumpstart your weekend by joining us every Sunday morning for a dynamic dance fitness class! All levels are welcome, and the class is always free. Donations are appreciated. Get ready to move, groove, and have a blast! Whether you're here for self-discovery, health, meeting new people, or networking, this is a safe space for you.

Don't forget to bring water, a towel, and any post-workout snacks you may need.
