Join us for a fun, high-energy Dance Fitness class at the library! This program blends easy-to-follow dance routines with upbeat music from around the world for a great cardio workout. No dance experience is needed—just wear comfortable clothes, bring a water bottle, and get ready to move and have fun in a welcoming, community-friendly environment. All fitness levels welcome! Adults 18+ only.
