Get in the groove! Instructor Meg Perioli will lead six Dance Fit classes this Winter. This high-energy cardio dance workout blends easy-to-follow choreography with upbeat music from around the world. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned dancer, this class is designed to make fitness fun while improving your endurance, coordination, and overall strength.Burn calories, boost your mood, and dance your way to a healthier you—no dance experience needed, bring your energy and enthusiasm!
Cost: $50/6 classes for members, $75/6 classes for not-yet-members, Drop-in (as space allows): $12/class
