Dance Dance Kidz: Nurturing Body, Heart & Soul

Join us for an afternoon of movement, creativity, connection, and mindful play at Yogi Hari Ashram! Dance Dance Kidz is a family-friendly experience designed for children ages 0–12 and their accompanying adults, offering a fun and engaging introduction to wellness through interactive activities that inspire imagination, confidence, and joy.

This unique experience blends both indoor and outdoor activities, allowing families to enjoy the beautiful ashram grounds while staying cool for our featured experiences. Our “Funtastic” Dance, Kids Energy Perception, and Sound Healing sessions will all take place indoors in the comfort of air conditioning, creating an inviting and relaxing environment for children and parents alike.

🎨 Face Painting
Children can express their creativity with colorful face painting to kick off an afternoon of fun.

🍫 Kid-Friendly Ceremonial Cacao
Enjoy a specially crafted, kid-friendly ceremonial cacao provided by Shamanic Tonic. This gentle and delicious cacao experience is designed to encourage connection, presence, and a sense of community.

💃 “Funtastic” Dance
Our playful guided dance experience combines music, movement, games, and imaginative prompts to get kids laughing, moving, and expressing themselves freely. This isn’t about choreography, it’s about celebrating movement, confidence, creativity, and joy together.

✨ Kids Energy Perception
Led by long standing theta practioner, Karen Truhon, this interactive experience introduces children to mindfulness, intuition, and awareness through age-appropriate exercises that encourage curiosity, presence, and self-discovery.

🎶 Sacred Sound Healing
We’ll close the afternoon with a relaxing sound journey featuring crystal singing bowls, sacred instruments, and the resonant tones of the didgeridoo, creating a peaceful space for children and parents to unwind, integrate the day’s experiences, and leave feeling grounded and connected.

✨Please bring extra water and a yoga mat or towel for sound bath.

Come hungry! Delicious food, snacks and refreshments will be available for purchase throughout the event, making it easy for families to relax, connect, and enjoy the afternoon together.
