Dance Club Therapy is more than a night out—it’s a women-only dance experience designed to uplift, empower, and celebrate YOU (and get you home at decent hour).

With a live DJ spinning all your favorite tracks, you’ll be free to sing, dance, and move however you like—no judgment, no pressure, just pure fun in a safe and supportive environment. Whether you want to let loose on the dance floor, belt out the lyrics with your friends, or simply soak in the energy, this is your night.

What to Expect:

• A live DJ mixing the songs you know and love
• A safe, welcoming dance floor where you can fully express yourself
• The freedom to dress however you feel best—glam, casual, bold, or comfy & barefeet OK on our clean floors

How to Show Up:

Come as you are, wear what makes you feel amazing, and be ready to move, sing, and celebrate in community.

No need to be fashionably late--this party starts promptly at 7pm and ends promptly at 9pm.

BYOB in closed container (like a yeti with lid or a can). Limit 2 beverages/person.
