This is much more than your ordinary adult dance class - it is a safe and nonjudgement space for you to feel the edges of your own vitality in a supportive environment. In This time together you will experience power and ease as summer lovingly guides you through various dance styles - allowing you to feel your own rhythm just as you are! Investment is $15 per class
