Our goal at the Dance Center of Queensbury is to have as many children as possible experience the performing art of dance. We are excited to offer this program consisting of nine different workshops in dance education for young children ages 3-7 yrs. old. Each session will explore different styles of dance, age-appropriate.
Students currently enrolled at DCQ will have an opportunity to invite a friend to come to the complimentary class and learn basic techniques designated in each program. Of course, anyone is welcome and can join a class at our drop-in rate of $12 per class.
Each session will include dance activities, creative movement, and basic motor skills.
Vamprina and her Batty Friends (Ballet) Halloween dress-up.
Join Vampirina and her batty friends in a fun-filled hour of dance activities to Halloween music. Children are encouraged to come dressed in their favorite Halloween costumes. We hope you have a "fang-tastic" fun and a "howling" good time!
Pre-registering is not required, no prior dance education or dancewear required, casual attire. Feel free to come to 1 or all of the 9 workshops offered – whatever works for your schedule!
