August 3-6Prepare for the upcoming season with Miss Natasha Jade. DANCER BOOTCAMP is a fast-paced program designed for dancers to hone their skills and become the best dancers they can be. DANCER BOOTCAMP classes offer an intense environment with a challenging curriculum designed to push dancers to explore their muscle usage more deeply. Dancers will drill technique and upper-level concepts. Dancers can expect to improve their core strength, stamina, and much more.
For dancers 9+ up.
Levels intermediate to pre-professional.
*Bring water & a yoga mat.
DRESS CODE:
Hair secured & up.
Black leggings, bike shorts, or yoga pants.
Black leotard, fitted tank top, or fitted t-shirt. NO BRA TOPS.
Jazz or ballet shoes.
