See you on the dance floor!** Please note that the dance starts at Warm up. The doors close promptly at Opening Circle and any that come late will be turned away. Please be on time to ensure a safe and secure container. **

Intention: Dance As Medicine
When we step onto the dance floor, we enter a living medicine circle. Every beat, every breath, every gesture becomes part of the healing we offer ourselves and one another.
This dance is an invitation to move what’s inside — to shake loose old stories, to soften what feels tight, to energize what feels tired, and to remember the body’s natural wisdom.
Together, we’ll create a space where movement is not performance but remedy — a way to restore balance, free the heart, and reconnect with what makes us most alive.
Come as you are. Leave a little lighter, a little clearer, a little more whole.
