​this party edition of dance & connect is a space to loosen up, follow some guided movement and also move freely, without overthinking just getting out of the mind and into the body as we celebrate International Dance Day

​expect a warm, uplifting atmosphere where you can explore rhythm, expression and connection in a way that feels light and energizing

​whether you love to dance or just want to shake off the day and try something different, you’re welcome here <3
