this party edition of dance & connect is a space to loosen up, follow some guided movement and also move freely, without overthinking just getting out of the mind and into the body as we celebrate International Dance Day
expect a warm, uplifting atmosphere where you can explore rhythm, expression and connection in a way that feels light and energizing
