Dance Alchemy : Free Flow Class with Danielle Teel

Join us for an hour of intuitive, free flow dance with Danielle Teel, in a nurturing space where movement becomes medicine, and every body is free to move, express, and come home to themselves.
In this improvisational class creative movement is explored without set choreography, letting the body move exactly how it wants to move. Guidance or visual cues are given to inspire and prompt the body to move more freely.
Dani also introduces the energy of the five elements (Air, Fire, Water, Earth and Spirit) to the class in the form of specific movements to bring different textures, rhythms, emotional qualities, prayers and intentions to the dance.
Open to all experience levels, there is no need to have a dance background. No RSVP necessary. Just dress comfy and get ready to move!

About Danielle
Dance has been woven into Dani's life since before she was born. Her mother opened a ballet school the year before she arrived, so she grew up as the "baby on the hip," surrounded by music, movement, and expression.
Dani spent 16 years training in classical ballet while exploring many styles of dance, each one leading her closer to her true passion: intuitive, free-form movement. Through dance, Dani discovered not only a way to express herself, but a path to healing, presence, and connection. Today, Dani's passion is to guide others to connect body, mind, heart and soul.
