A Fundraiser Event for Migrant Families in WNY

Join us on the evening of Saturday, August 1st from 7-11PM at the Pucho Olivencia Center (261 Swan St) to contribute to a fundraiser dance event supporting local migrant families in WNY.

Queen City Cuban Dance is collaborating with local and state orgs to host an evening of dance lessons, performances, Puerto Rican finger foods, and community connections!

Contribute to Migrants Families in WNY

All proceeds go to Justice for Migrant Families a 501(c)(3) nonprofit agency that promotes justice by providing information, support, and material assistance to migrants in federal detention; helping find shelter, legal support, and emergency funds for migrants in the community; and organizing for a future of immigrant justice and all that such a future encompasses. Learn Afro-Latin Dance Styles

The evening's program include short introductory lessons in various styles of Afro-Latin dance, including:

• Cuban Salsa taught by Andrea Pitts (Buffalo)
• Urban Kiz taught by Tin Man & Breezy (Rochester)
• Traditional Bachata taught by Sasha Nivar (Buffalo)
• Sensual Bachata taught by Ethan Hale (Buffalo)
• Line Dancing taught by Jerome Williams (Buffalo)
• Son Cubano taught by Eareckson Murray (Buffalo)
