We've all read the statistics on male suicide. We all know something isn't quite right when so many young men are choosing to take their own lives.
We dont know what the solution is, but we do know that music, dancing and getting together can be a great way to uplift the soul.
Talking about men's mental health and educating each other on how to spot the signs could be the key to saving a life.
