Join us on January 29th at the new luxury apartment, URBY for a wellness event that blends fitness and fun! Whether you're craving a relaxing Sound Bath or a full-body Pilates workout, choose the class that fits your vibe and leave feeling your absolute best.

THE DEETS:

• Check-in begins 30 minutes before your workout class
• Choose between two classes, either the Sound Bath from 5:30-6:30 or the Pilates Class from 6:30-7:30.
• Post workout, Mingle with other dallasites during the mixer 
• Fanny pack party favor for attendees

Sound Bath:

Join us for a rejuvenating Sound Bath journey, led by certified sound therapy practitioner Lehlieh. Experience the healing vibrations of chimes, harp, ocean drums, and more. These powerful sounds shift the brain into a relaxed state, offering immediate benefits like stress relief, mental clarity, and improved sleep.

Session Pilates Class:

Join us for a 50-minute, music-driven mat Pilates class led by SESSION Pilates! This dynamic class focuses on strengthening your core, improving flexibility, and building full-body strength using controlled movements. Whether you're new to Pilates or a seasoned pro, this class is perfect for all levels. Get ready to move, sweat, and join the obSESSION!
