We are SAMA - The Calm Mind Studio.
A mind–body fitness studio for those who want to move better, breathe deeper, feel stronger, and live with balance.
Our approach blends movement, breathwork, and meditation to support not just fitness, but a longer, healthier healthspan - helping you build strength, calm and resilience for everyday life.
Our instructor-led classes are safe, structured and supportive for women with real-life needs like stiffness, stress, hormonal imbalance, PCOS, posture issues, and long-standing pain.

This session is exclusively designed For Women who are 30+ and wanting to start/restart their wellness journey. This session focuses on reducing stiffness, improving posture and feel lighter in their body. Feel better. Move easier. Build gentle strength.
What to Expect :
Our instructors will begin by getting to know you and your body.
The session will then gently introduce you to Mat Pilates movements, followed by a guided experience on the Reformer.
We’ll end with a deep calm-mind cooldown practice, allowing your body to settle and your mind to unwind.
Light refreshments will be served as you ease out of the session.

Beginner Level
Dress Code - Wear any comfortable clothing that will permit easy movements. Avoid loose bottom wear. Socks are optional. We have a changing room on site (No showers are available)
Note - The practice zones are completely device and distraction free, we got a lockers in the studio to keep your belongings and devices safe.
Safety Note
Participants are advised to ensure that they don`t have any physical discomfort or ongoing medical issues before signing up for the workshop. The Studio and Instructor will ensure that all safety protocols are followed during the practice. The Studio is not responsible for recurrence or aggravation of any. prior medical conditions due to the practice.
Please arrive 10 minutes early, as the session will strictly commence on time. To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend planning your travel to the venue and checking in at least 15 minutes before the event starts.
