This isn't a race. It isn't a gym flex. All fitness levels welcome.

We've teamed up with Good+ Foundation, who's been backing dads and families for years, to co-host. And Sana Sana by Jarritos is keeping us fueled with their new prebiotic soda. So pull up.

Push the stroller. Wear the baby. Pull up solo. However you show up, you belong here. We move together, we breathe together, and we leave better than we came.

What to Expect:

• 🏃🏽 2-mile group run — walk it, jog it, run it. Your pace is the right pace.
• 👶🏽 Strollers, carriers, and solo dads all welcome
• 🤜🏾 Real convo, real connection, real dad energy
• 🥤 Sana Sana by Jarritos on deck — cool down with their new prebiotic soda
• 🎁 Surprises, giveaways, and good vibes courtesy of the crew

No stroller? No problem. Kids with the other parent? Booked up this week? Still pull up. This is your reset too. We hold it down for each other — with or without the little ones in tow.

Who rolls with us? All dads. Father figures. Male caregivers. Every fitness level, every family situation. If you show up, you're one of us. No tryouts. No prerequisites. Just show up.
