What to expect:
- Gentle movement and outdoor activities tailored to all abilities
- Space for quiet reflection, peer connection, and shared stories
- Trauma-informed facilitators and support staff available throughout
- Opportunities to honour your loved one in meaningful ways
- A balance of structure and choice, participate at your own pace

- Aggressive behaviour
- Bringing of any non prescribed substance for use including alcohol
