Dads Intro to Baby Massage - week 1 of 4

Each date is the start of a new 4 week course - courses run for 4 consecutive weeks. Your block of sessions will be with the same group every week and will include baby massage & yoga moves & holds, as well as support with common new parenting questions on things like feeding, winding, using slings & carriers & sleep.
It will also be an opportunity - if you want it, there will be no pressure or formal activities that force you - to talk to other new dads about parenting & how you’re doing with the transition & challenges of it.
The age limits suggested for this course are from 6 weeks to 6 months, and if mums aren’t comfortable being far away from babies early on or need to be nearby for feeds there is a cosy waiting area where you can have a quiet sit & hot drink (& perhaps a chat to any other mums who also chose to stay on site)
