This workshop is for dads feeling overwhelmed by the pressure to provide while trying to be present for their kids and partner. Are you feeling lost and uncertain about your path? Struggling with habits that hold you back? Are your kids and partner receiving only a fraction of your attention, rather than the best of you? Do you find yourself trapped in a cycle of drinking and mindless scrolling?
