There’s something powerful about a boy’s first real experience in the wild.Not through a screen.
Not through a documentary.
But standing in the bush, hearing the sounds, feeling the fire, and learning the stories that nature has to teach.
That’s exactly why we’re launching Dads & Lads: Into the Wild.
From 1–3 May 2026, we’ll be hosting a small group of fathers and their sons for a 2-night off-grid bush camp on the banks of the Umkomazi River at Long Pool Camp in Richmond.
It’s a weekend designed to unplug from suburbia and reconnect with what matters.
Over the weekend we’ll be:
• Tracking wildlife
• Searching for snares and learning about conservation
• Stargazing under dark skies
• Baking steam bread over the fire
• Sharing stories around the campfire
Most importantly, it’s about creating memories between dads and their boys that will last a lifetime.
This is our pilot camp, and we’re keeping it intentionally small.
Only 15 dads and their lads will join us.
