Our emotions are a landscape. Anger is like a river - it is a natural part of it and can exist in harmony with its surroundings. But it can also overflow and cause damage. Join us for this two-part event, as we first meet to discuss how we experience anger and how to best process it. Then meet again to check-in and share updates. This workshop experience is facilitated by Hollis Easter, a local dad and psychotherapist. Workshops will take place on Tuesdays, October 22nd and December 3rd from 7pm - 8:30pm at Maitri Healthcare in South Burlington.
