Prost! Oktoberfest is coming to Dacha Navy Yard. Join us for an afternoon of Bavarian beer, live music, ridiculous competitions, and plenty of Oktoberfest spirit as we kick off the festivities with a ceremonial keg tapping of one of Germany’s most iconic breweries.
The Festivities
1:30–2:00 PM — Weihenstephan Ceremonial Keg Tapping
Help us officially kick off Oktoberfest with a ceremonial tapping of Weihenstephan, the world's oldest continuously operating brewery. Grab a boot and raise a toast to Oktoberfest! Wear your lederhosen or dirndl for a free pour from the keg.
2–3 PM — Live Music from Potomactaler
Get your afternoon started with traditional Alpine sounds from Potomactaler.
3:30-6:30 PM — Manuella
Manuella takes the stage for four 30-minute sets of live music, with Oktoberfest games and competitions happening between sets.
Oktoberfest Games
When the music stops, the games begin. Test your skills, your appetite, and your ability to hold a stein with classic Oktoberfest challenges:
