It's Simple...Run, walk or wheel up to 5km around the Barony and along Sandford Road. You can do as much or as little as you choose. It is free and all are welcome to join me.This Dabber's Dash will be in support of The Joshua Tree:
"The Joshua Tree provides bespoke programmes of support to improve the emotional wellbeing and mental health of all immediate and extended family members who are affected by childhood cancers."
So try and wear green or come in fancy dress and we can have some fun too.
The Joshua Tree are also a leading charity for the Nantwich 10k which is on the 16th March. You can enter direct or even run for the Joshua Tree.
If you want to do less than 5km or jog/walk/scoot with your kids (who you're responsible for) then come and join in.
