Don't Hurkle Durkle.Get out , get it done.
Traversing on and off the Bourne River, this 10 mile route takes us through Bournemouth Gardens, Turberry Park, Bourne Valley Greenway, Meyrick Park and a little know section called Pugs Hole! Mostly trails with road to connect the lush spaces.
* there is an 8.5 mile route for those that require a shorter set and warm up the seats in the coffee shop.
* convenient meeting spot between Poole and Bournemouth with plenty parking available around Westbourne
* Sunrise 07:15, no head torch required
* Approx 10:00-10:30 min mile pacing with everyone maintaining talking pace
* no Hurkle Durkling. We leave at 06:45.
* have a drink at The Hutch, beside M&S, afterwards unless you are continuing on to a Park Run.
