D4 Medicals for HGV, LGV & PCV Drivers Cardiff South Wales

T.K. Locum Limited provide cheap HGV medicals in association with Big Wheelers (South Wales) Limited in Cardiff for both new and experienced HGV, LGV and PCV drivers at a cost from just only £60.00.
In general a HGV medical clinic for LGV C, C+E and LGV C1, C1+E drivers take place one Saturday every calendar month, (excluding bank holidays) at our main training centre in Llanishen, Cardiff, CF14 5GH.
When attending your HGV medical or LGV medical appointment you should bring your driving licence, a DVLA form D4 medical report, any medication that you may be taking, your normal GP’s name and contact details, and (if required when driving) a recent glasses prescription from your optician.
If you do not have a D4 medical form do not worry as Big Wheelers (South Wales) Limited will be able to provide you with an up to-date DVLA form D4 medical report (for you to give to the doctor to complete) and also a DVLA form D2 (for you to apply for a new provisional LGV C or LGV C1 licence entitlement).
