What I’ve learned from working across radio, retail, and marketing, and how those experiences changed the way I look at business and sales. It’s about simplifying what you’re doing, building strong foundations, and creating connection so growth feels clearer, calmer, and more sustainable.

🎙️About the Speaker
Holly has over a decade of business experience under her belt, not just from her years in the radio, marketing, and retail industries, but also as a business coach and strategist.
Holly spent over half a decade on the airwaves as a radio announcer, winning awards and flying around the country. During this time, she learned how to speak to people in a way that builds connection, trust, and loyalty.
She has led and managed social media and digital marketing teams, and went on to start her own social media agency, building and leading her own team from the ground up.
Her wrap sheet doesn’t stop there. Holly also stepped into the retail space, where she owned her own swimwear business, scaling it and eventually selling it. This hands-on experience gave her a deep understanding of what it really takes to build, grow, and sustain a business.
Today, Holly brings all of her experience, knowledge, and passion together through business coaching. She supports women in building businesses that focus on intentional growth, strong foundations, and sales strategies rooted in safety, trust, and long-term growth.
