Deep Dive is a day-long journey into the 5Rhythms®—Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness. With the spaciousness of a full day, we can move beyond the surface, letting each rhythm carry us deeper into the body, the dance, and our authentic moment. At this time of year, the November darkness invites us inward, and I invite you to join me in a deep dive to discover clarity, renewal, and the resources that reveal themselves to you. We dance to release what no longer serves us, to listen more deeply, and to reconnect with the vitality of our moving bodies. Whether you’re new to the practice or returning for another layer, Deep Dive is an opportunity to step fully into the dance and see where it takes you. No experience needed.DAY: Sunday, November 30th
