We are excited to host the second Cindy Matyi Memorial Céilí Dance, jointly with the Irish Heritage Center. Live music will be provided by the Riley School Céilí Band with Allison Duvall calling. We ask dancers to bring snacks to share. Alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages will be available in the pub.
This céili is presented jointly by the Riley School of Irish Music and the Irish Heritage Center in honor of our dear friend Cindy Matyi. The céili is funded in part by Cindy’s family and the Little Town Foundation, which Cindy began. Cindy was the Riley School’s first singing, flute and whistle teacher. She mentored and supported students of all ages, and continues to inspire us with her beautiful and intricate artwork.
