The Welshpool versus arthritis support & fitness group will be taking place next Monday 1-2:30pm this month we’re spending some time getting active with resistance bands as well as enjoying our usual chat.
This group is for anyone over 18 with arthritis & MSK conditions.
Please feel free to come along on Monday we will be in the second meeting room at 1st Clives Own Welshpool Scout Headquarters & Community Centre
This session is about techniques to manage the festive season
