Learn about, practice and connect to the inherent wisdom of cyclical living. This series explores cycles of transformation as they relate to the seasons of the monthly menstrual cycle and the seasons of the earth’s rotation. Each session will highlight the physiology of the relative phase of the menstrual cycle, the natural challenges and strengths of the season, and ways to optimize one’s attunement to the season at hand. Jenna will be your guide through lecture, reflection, discussion, ritual, rest, movement, and breath that connects you deeply to natural rhythms.Inner and Outer Winter:
Join us on the Winter Solstice as we cocoon into the wisdom winter offers. Discussion and practice will focus on the first phase of the menstrual cycle – the menstrual phase, and on attuning to and balancing the qualities of the winter season. We will be in observation of endings making way for new beginnings. This is the first in our Womb Yoga Series.
Please bring a yoga mat and any props that make your practice extremely comfortable. All are welcome!
