This is another Kamloops Cycle Coalition (KCC) event in the 'Cycle the City' series. It is a cycle tour of interesting gardens in the Kamloops North Shore and Brocklehurst areas that some very nice residents have offered to show. The plan is to have two rider groups. The rider groups will be led by experienced cyclists who will be leading with special attention to safety. The route has been designed with safety in mind, avoiding certain roads and intersections that are typically more busy with motor vehicle traffic. Everyone is welcome, including young people who are able to keep up with adults on bicycles. This is a pleasure cruise, not a time-trial :) E-bikes are welcome, but we are planning the ride to be traveling at 'conventional' bike cruising speeds so this can be enjoyable and accessible for anyone on a bike. This event is free but registration is required. Registration opens at 8am May 15, on the Kamloops Cycling Coalition website: https://www.kamloopscyclingcoalition.ca/events
