Cybersafety for Parents & Professionals: Protecting Children & Teens Online

Topic & Speaker: Special Agent Rebecca Turner will provide parents and professionals with information about sexting/sextortion, online predators, dangerous apps, cyberbullying, and social media. She will also provide tips for parents trying to monitor their children's electronic devices and practical advice for keeping kids safe online. Participants will be given information from SA Turner's real cases from this area, and there will be time for questions & answers at the end of the presentation.

Special Agent Rebecca Turner is employed as a Special Agent with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation in the Child Exploitation and Computer Crimes Unit. Participants will receive 2 hours of CEUs, and this talk will meet the requirements for the annual required topics of Internet Safety and Bullying.

Dinner: Dinner will be provided for all registered adults and children.
