Cyanotype Sun Print Art for Adults

All supplies provided.
Lower Level Meeting Room A (will move outside partway through the workshop)
Cyanotype is a form of printmaking using UV reactive chemicals, paper, objects, and sunlight. Celebrate the summer solstice a day early by creating art with our friend, the sun! We will capture the silhouette of flowers, leaves, and objects on paper. All supplies are provided, however you are welcome to bring objects from home and also this process can be done on fabric as well as paper. So if you have light colored fabric (natural materials work best like cotton or linen) you are welcome to bring that as well. If it is rainy or overcast we will need to reschedule. We will meet in the Lower Level Meeting Room A to prep our paper, arrange our designs, and then take our artwork outside to soak up the rays of the sun!
