CX Afterhours #001 Vienna

I've seen it in Lisbon. I've seen it in London. The moment CX people from different industries actually sit down together – no slides decks, no vendor pitches, no curated success stories – something clicks. Real conversations happen. Real ideas surface.

That doesn't exist in Austria yet. So I'm building it.

CX Afterhours is a practitioner community for people who work in and around Customer Experience. We meet, we rotate hosts, we keep it small. This is edition one.

What to expect

Short talks. Honest takes. Good questions. Pizza and drinks after.

Three speakers, 15 minutes each, 5 minutes Q&A. Then the rest of the evening is yours – open conversations, no programme, no pressure.

What we talk about

The stuff that actually comes up in the job. Not the conference version – the real one.

How do you build a CX organisation that actually has teeth? Where does AI help and where is it just noise? What can retail learn from banking, what can B2B learn from B2C? How do you measure CX in a way that influences decisions rather than just filling dashboards?
